Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

College Cuts LLC provides professional grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, and related barbering services from our mobile barbershop trailer. All services are offered subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

Because we operate from a mobile trailer, our location may change with reasonable notice. Our current location is always displayed at leonesbarbershop.com.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be scheduled online at leonesbarbershop.com, in person at the trailer, or through approved booking platforms. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

A valid debit or credit card is required to book an appointment. By booking, you authorize us to store your card on file (handled securely by Square — see our Privacy Policy) and to charge that card in the following circumstances:

• Late cancellation: appointments cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time may incur a $20 late-cancellation fee.
• No-show: failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment without prior notice may result in a $20 no-show fee.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge by replying to your confirmation SMS, or via the link in any confirmation message, more than 1 hour before your appointment.

Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions at our discretion.

3. Pricing, Payments & Tips

Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major debit and credit cards (processed via Square) and cash. Tips are at the customer’s discretion and go directly to the barber.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & No Refunds

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your haircut, please tell your barber before leaving the trailer when possible. We offer a complimentary fix-up by the same or another available barber within 7 days of your original appointment.

Because services are performed on-site and cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds for completed services. Our fix-up policy is the sole remedy for service dissatisfaction.

5. Loyalty Program

Customers automatically participate in our loyalty program:

• Every 5th completed cut: $10 off
• Every 10th completed cut: 50% off
• Rewards do not expire and accumulate continuously (cuts 5, 10, 15, 20, and so on)

The loyalty program may be modified or discontinued at any time. Rewards are tied to the phone number on file. Discounts may only be redeemed at College Cuts LLC locations and have no cash value.

6. SMS Messaging & Consent (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from College Cuts LLC. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Check-in or waitlist notifications
• Service-related updates
• Loyalty reward notifications

Message frequency may vary (typically 2–5 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. To receive assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS information is used strictly for service-related communication.

7. Photo & Video Release

During and after your service, we may take photos or video for use in our marketing materials, including social media (@leones_barbershop_ on Instagram and similar accounts), our website, and promotional content.

By receiving service from us, you grant College Cuts LLC permission to use your likeness for these purposes without further compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify your barber before service begins.

8. Health & Safety

Please notify your barber of any allergies, skin conditions, recent injuries, or sensitivities before service begins. We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if it could pose a health or safety risk to you, your barber, or others.

Customers experiencing symptoms of illness are asked to reschedule.

9. Age Policy

Customers under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent to receive services. Customers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.

10. Liability

Our services involve the use of sharp tools and grooming products. While we follow industry-standard sanitation and safety practices, certain risks are inherent to any barbering service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, College Cuts LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS communications at any time
• Request access to or correction of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal information, where applicable

13. Modifications to Terms

College Cuts LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
